As we enter into a new year at City Gym and begin to see increased traffic, we like to provide a few reminders and tips to ensure that each CGKC member continues to have a pleasant workout each time they walk through our doors. We all know the gym can be chaotic after the new year, but give it time -- it will slow down. Thank you for your patience, and most importantly your continued membership!

What do you enjoy most about the City Gym community?

As a personal trainer and passionate advocate for health and wellness, I embrace a healthy lifestyle that includes regular workouts and thoughtful food choices.

Right now, you can find asparagus, beets and strawberries at the market and as we head into even hotter weather, we’ll see lots of organic tomatoes and juicy watermelons. Pro tip: meat and eggs are available year-round.

City Grind and City Strike are finally here! Whether you are new to fitness or an athlete who wants expert instruction, these classes are for you. Members can register 23 hours prior to class - guests are walk-in only ($15)!
