Love Fest 2018

Join us as we celebrate our fifth annual Love Fest, February 10th - 17th! You know the motto - City Gym is more than a place to workout, it is a place to BELONG. We take that seriously, and that is why we take one week during the "month of love" to celebrate our community. You won't want to miss our themed classes and special events, so grab a guest and join in on the festivities!

HOW TO BRING A GUEST

To bring a guest, (1) register yourself for class up to 24 hours prior to class, (2) arrive 25 minutes early for class, and (3) make sure your guest signs the guest list and completes the City Gym waiver.

*Limit one guest per member, per day. Guests are not limited to themed classes. Guests may also workout, they do not have to take a class*

Disclaimer: classes are first come, first-served and a member MUST be registered for the class for a guest to attend. 

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 10TH

9am | Waldo | Spin with Laura
WHO DO YOU LOVE? - Join Laura in this class which will feature music from your favorite pop stars in a battle to win your heart. Plan on choosing which pop star you want to hear next in your playlist based on your In-Class voting. 

10:15 am | Waldo | Dance Lab with Beth
Enjoy dancing to love themed music and candy treats. Wear pink this day if you have it!

SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 11TH

9am | Waldo | Spin with Albert
GET YOUR HEART ON - This spin class will be a mind/body/cardio blast. Be prepared to open your heart to this all-inclusive experience.

4pm | Waldo | Partner Yoga with Cindy
Everything is better with a partner, especially Yoga. Partner Yoga emboldens the heart, mind & spirit connection between each individual. Even if you don't have a partner, we hope you will join us for this special class!

MONDAY, FEBRUARY 12TH

5:30am | Waldo | Yoga with Cindy 
Cindy will lead a heart opening yoga flow class to start your week off centered and full.

12:15pm | Downtown | Yoga with Amanda
This express class will open with a warm-up, followed by heart-opening poses and yogi tea (a warming healthy chai beverage).

6:00pm | Waldo | Spin with Hailee
I <3 The 90's: Take a sweaty spin through this trendsetting decade with some of the most iconic, indelible names in rap, hip-hop, and R&B. Come for the workout, stay for the hot jamz!

WHAM The 80's: Grab your scrunchie, pull on your leg warmers, bring your Michael Jackson moves, and join us for a boombox blastin' good time. It's gonna be rad, dude. 

10:00am | Waldo | City F.I.T. with Cheryl
Cheryl will play her favorite love songs for class today! She is making a special playlist just for you.

8:30am| Waldo | BootyCamp with Jenny

Lace up your sneakers and open your heart for this early morning run with Jenny. Meet inside the front doors of City Gym. Different paces welcome!

8:30am | Waldo | Spin with Cheryl
In this class, Cheryl will spell out L O V E F E S T C I T Y G Y M K C with her music choices. Go to Cheryl's Instagram to recommend song choices! Remember each song choice must begin with a letter in L O V E F E S T C I T Y G Y M K C. Bring your best jams!

5:30pm | Downtown | CITY F.I.T. with Desiree 
Desiree will spend 60 minutes teaching you how to love the art of fitness in this functional training class.

6:30pm | Downtown | Vinyasa Yoga Flow with Desiree
Join Des as she encourages self-love by teaching many practical ways to feel good and centered.

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 16TH

6:00pm-8:00pm | Downtown |  Chakra Yoga Workshop with Cathy ($30/session)
This class will be the first class of a 6 series workshop. The workshop will teach a deeper understanding of the Chakra system, one Chakra at a time. You will learn more about each of the seven energy “wheels” with guided breathing techniques and journaling exercises ▶︎ Register
