Our Lifestyle Design programs provide customized support to individuals who wish to become the best version of themselves through fitness. Some of these programs are carried out in a group format, while others focus on individual needs. Our Lifestyle Design programs have been powerful agents of change in many members and non-members lives. We feel incredibly honored to be part of so many transformational journeys.

Orientation: 9:30am - 11am (Turf Area)
Grocery Shopping Trip (various start times between 6:30pm - 7:30pm)

Wednesdays at 6pm & Saturdays at 9am

30-minute Personal Training sessions

The Pre-Program period is the week leading up to the official start of the program. This week is a very important component of the program. Following the Program Orientation, it is important that participants have several days to prepare for the start of the program. Participants will need to have their pre-assessment performed, join the private Facebook page, familiarize themselves with the food guide, ask for clarification for aspects of the guide they do not understand and grocery shop. It is important that participants factor in this preparation week when planning to join the program.
