Cancellation Policy: Members must cancel their membership in-person at least 30 days prior to the day their membership renews. No exceptions. Please be sure to ask a Membership Representative what day your membership renews. This will guarantee that you cancel your membership on time.

If you have never been a City Gym member and have a local address, we invite you to check us out for seven days! All guests must register for their 7­Day pass with a Membership Representative at our front desk. 

Member Guest

City Gym members are entitled to two guests per year. Members must be present with their guest while they are using the facility. After members have reached their free guest limit, additional guests are welcome, but will pay the daily guest rate.

Class Pass

We are a ClassPass partner. If you are a member of ClassPass, you can take up to three classes per month at City Gym. Please note, only select group exercise classes are available to ClassPass users. We won’t put the link to class pass here, because we don’t necessarily want to promote them.

Guests must present a valid, state­-issued license or identification card.

Create your MindBody® account online HERE. Use the same email you provided to us at sign­up. This is how you manage your account.Take at least three different classes in your first month, it’s a great way to meet new people while breaking a sweat!
Download the City Gym KC Mobile app for Android and iPhone, powered by 
MindBody®. This is the absolute best way to manage your account and schedule your group classes on­ the­ go.
Don’t be scared to ask questions. City Gym Instructors, Trainers and 
Membership Representatives choose to work at City Gym because they enjoy 
people. No really, they do!
Schedule a Launch session with our Launch Coordinator. We’ve been told by our members that it completely changed their gym experience. You can make an appointment HERE (will link to Launch page on site)Make sure you familiarize yourself with the group Class Reservation Policy (will link to policy on group class page), as well as our Membership Cancellation Policy(will link to cancellation policy). 
Complete at least one Lifestyle Design program.

Our indoor cycling bikes do not require cycling shoes, but they are compatible with the SPD system. 
Our Personal Trainers are Independent Contractors.  They set their own rates and manage their own personal training businesses within City Gym.We have towels. Workout towels are by the front door, shower towels can be 
requested at the front desk. 
We have free Google Fiber wi­fi. Look for the “CGKCGuest” network. No 
password is required.
Read the monthly newsletter and information board. This is how we keep our members up to speed with what’s happening around the gym. 
If you use the lockers, please bring your own lock. Lockers are for daily use and anything left overnight will be placed in lost and found. Speaking of lost and found, it is located at the front desk. After 30 days, items are donated or thrown away. 
Lock your vehicle doors and keep valuables out of sight. Waldo is safe, but it is still a densely­ populated area and break­ins do happen. Parking on the street in front of the building is a gamble. Drivers who text are not your friend.
The back door is for exiting only.
