Personal Training

Our Personal Trainers set their own offerings and rates. If you are interested in Personal Training please
contact the trainer directly (if contact info is published) or stop by our front desk to complete the Personal Training interest form. 

You must be a member of City Gym to utilize Personal Training services.

Small Group Personal Training

Small Group Personal Training is a great way to receive individualized attention, but still enjoy a small group dynamic. 
Pricing and training structure will vary depending on trainer. Please contact the trainer directly for more information.
Must be a member to participate in Small Group Personal Training.

Small Group Personal Training runs in 4-6 week sessions.
Payment for each session must be paid in full prior to the first workout of the session.

Description: Strength Training Workout- 2 day splits.  On Wednesday you will work lower body and on Friday move to lower body. Body composition testing is done in the beginning and end of each 6 weeks session.  Nutritional advice is given.
