Allison holds a Masters Degree in Fine Arts from Otis College of Art and Design. She attended both The University of Colorado where she played collegiate lacrosse and The University of Tampa where she played collegiate golf. She is both a personal trainer, small group instructor, and group fitness instructor.
Allison was born and raised in Kansas City and is now back home after moving away several years ago. While away, she lived in Colorado, New York, Seattle, London, and most recently Los Angeles where she was a Tier 2 personal trainer at Equinox West Hollywood.
Fitness has always played a major role in Allison’s life. Allison shifted into personal training after many years of college sports along with coaching. While in school she privately taught golf lessons and was a downhill ski instructor in Seattle.
When Allison isn’t in the gym she can be found painting, playing a round of golf, or skiing.
