Fitness Philosophy

I believe fitness has to have an element of fun. Starting with a modality that you enjoy will help you stay consistent. After you set a base, add aspects that challenge you. The challenges are where you will experience growth both physically and mentally. Make yourself and your health a priority so you can continue to take care of those around you.

About Amber

Amber holds a Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) from Wichita State University (major Accounting). Although she has been active in sports and weightlifting since childhood, she discovered her true passion for fitness while staying at home with her young children. Fitness provided an identity outside of being a wife and mom, and it renewed her sense of self-empowerment. Amber decided to make fitness her profession because she loves connecting and forming relationships with members/clients. It gives her heart joy to watch people achieve goals/PRs that they believed to be outside their reach. When Amber isn't at the gym, you can find her spending time with her family, running with friends, biking and reading.
