Fitness Philosophy

As an experienced fitness professional, I am passionate about connecting people to their bodies. My fitness mantra is that when people connect to their very best selves and accomplish goals they never thought possible–through fitness, powerful positive shifts happen in all aspects of their lives. As a trainer, I am one part best friend, one part sensei, one part street fighter, and final part cheerleader. Specializations: weight loss, pre/post-natal and sports performance.

About Hailee

Hailee is the Owner and Founder of City Gym. She attended the University of Minnesota, where she also played collegiate soccer. She brings over 12 years of experience to her personal training sessions and group classes, and she specializes in weight loss, pre/post-natal and total transformations. Hailee’s favorite thing about fitness is inspiring her clients. She loves being part of their journey to realizing how strong they really are. In her spare time, she is still a movement junkie. She loves to run, cycle, ski, you name it! She also enjoys meditating, cooking and a good Netflix marathon session.
