Group Fitness

Our group fitness classes are designed to be effective, safe, motivating and fun. We offer 30+ free classes every week with formats that range from cycling to boxing and yoga to circuit training. Did we mention that besides traditional indoor workouts, we have outdoor, virtual and on-demand workouts at CGKC? We have all these choices because we know that fitness is not one-size-fits-all.

Booking Information

Only City Gym members can book classes online. Classes can be reserved 23 hours in advance. Walk-in clients can purchase single class passes for $15 when open spots are available. Passes can only be purchaed the day of class. We are also on ClassPass!
