What Is Real 45

REAL is a proven, 45-day lifestyle program. This comprehensive program is designed to transform your body and change your life. How do we do it? We help you shift your habits around exercise and nutrition by empowering you with the education and tools necessary for incorporating our program principles into your daily life. You will receive a group orientation, comprehensive food and program guide, two group workouts per week, one 30-minute personal training session per week, unlimited access to our private Facebook group, pre and post-assessments and much more!

One of the greatest aspects of this program is that REAL isn't just for our members -- non-members can also join in on the action! This means that anyone who is interested has the opportunity to change their life.

In fact, we encourage participants to join with a friend or family member. Making a lifestyle change comes with challenges; having a support system can make all the difference on the difficult days.

All assessments, labs and workouts are held at CITY GYM located at 74th Terrace & Wornall Road in Kansas City. You can tour our facility HERE. 

*The food guide used in this program is based on the Paleo framework. If you are a strict Vegetarian or Vegan, please contact us to discuss your dietary restrictions.
