News

City Gym news is the way we connect with you. Whether we are sharing important gym information, bragging on a member's achievements, divulging gym tips, or examining an interesting topic  - we select each post because we are passionate about what we do at City Gym.

Every month we highlight one of our partners, staff or members. Since many people are "in the zone" while working out, we realize members don't  always have time for small talk. Our monthly spotlight is just one way we try to connect our members and fulfill our commitment to community.

What is your favorite thing about CGKC?
I love how involved CGKC is in the community. They always offer a warm welcome as I walk in the door and they focus on overall wellness.

Hailee Bland-Walsh, City Gym Owner

I've said it to you before, but it's worth saying again. City Gym loves you. You mean so much to us. Your incredible uniqueness makes us better. We simply wouldn't be who we are, without you.

When you feel on the outside, we are here to provide a place to belong. When you feel weak, we are here to help you remember you are strong. . .

As we enter into a new year at City Gym and begin to see increased traffic, we like to provide a few reminders and tips to ensure that each CGKC member continues to have a pleasant workout each time they walk through our doors. We all know the gym can be chaotic after the new year, but give it time -- it will slow down. Thank you for your patience, and most importantly your continued membership!
